X-FIPER New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) was founded in March 2005 in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of RMB 336 million. It is a controlling subsidiary of Beijing Tongyi Zhong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and is affiliated with the State Development & Investment Corporation Limited, a key state‑owned enterprise of significant importance, and is incorporated into the management systems of both central state‑owned enterprises and listed companies.
The Company specializes in the R&D and production of meta-aramid fibers and meta-aramid papers, with products primarily used in aerospace, rail transit, new energy vehicles, power transmission and distribution, insulation for household appliances and personal protective equipment, as well as industrial environmental protection. It is a supplier to numerous renowned domestic and international enterprises, including Airbus, AVIC Composite Materials, Volkswagen Audi, BYD, Hitachi, Shanghai Electric, Midea, and Galanz.
The Company operates one production base in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and another in Hongze District, Huaian City, with a current workforce of over 400 employees. It boasts a core R&D team led by postdoctoral researchers and comprising graduate students, senior engineers, and senior technicians. The Company has obtained 68 patents related to the research and development and manufacturing of meta‑aramid fibers. It has successfully achieved certifications for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, AS9100D Aerospace Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Management System, and Intellectual Property Management System. Over the years, it has been honored with more than 30 accolades, including the “Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award,” the “Second Prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award,” the “First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award,” “High‑Tech Enterprise,” and “National-Level Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative ‘Little Giant’ Enterprise.” The Company’s independently owned X‑FIPER meta‑aramid fiber has passed OEKO‑TEX certification, while X‑FIPER aramid paper has earned UL and RoHS/REACH certifications.

The trademark "X-FIPER" is derived from The Company's proprietary aramid fiber and aramid paper products. The name embodies our commitment to continuous innovation, ensuring product quality, enhancing brand awareness, and strengthening market competitiveness.
